At Halswell we do whatever we can to make your Wedding Day a truly memorable experience. We pride ourselves in being able to provide a range of services that will ensure that your dream wedding is turned into reality, essentially turning once upon a time into happily ever after...
Halswell is an exceptional wedding location. We offer maximum flexibility allowing you to design your wedding to match your dreams and your budget. Our pricing structure is split into two categories:
- Fine Dining & Drinks
- Venue Hire
In terms of the wedding there are many things to consider - the Ceremony, the Wedding Breakfast, the Photographer, Flowers, Seating Plan to name but a few. We will guide and support you through the various options available and identify exactly what it is that will make your day special.
For example with regard to the Reception we offer two different approaches. You can have the Halswell Hand Made Menu. This will incorporate everything that you want at your reception and will be individually costed. Alternatively, the Wedding Breakfast can be chosen from the Wedding & Fine Dining Packages which offer a range of menus and prices. All of the options offer superb value for money.
There are also several options in terms of accommodation. Halswell boasts some of the finest bedrooms in the country and all rooms have been magnificently restored in an individual and period style. No two rooms are the same and your guests that stay at Halswell will undoubtedly feel they have attended a magical wedding. All the options and costs are summarised in the Accommodation page.

Pricing Notes:
- Any Sunday falling on a bank holiday weekend is charged at the Saturday tariff; any Monday that is a Bank holiday is charged at the Sunday rate
- Christmas and New Year are at a special rate - please call for details
- Additional consecutive nights attract a 30% discount on the cheaper night
Things to note about your booking:
- Wedding & Fine Dining Packages (Kingfisher, Firecrest, Rosefinch & Nightingale) offer superb value for money - you pay one price which includes exclusive use of the house, ceremony room, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, drinks for toast, evening entertainment and evening buffet - click here or call for details.

- All drink is supplied by Halswell
- Standard bedrooms are not en-suite. A further 5 bedrooms will be available from late 2009
- Bedroom accommodation includes Continental Buffet Breakfast, toiletries, iron, hair-dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and biscuits
- Your booking starts at 12 Midday until 12 midnight (unless bar extension paid for). If bedrooms are booked then room check out is 10.00am
